2024 Ballet Austin Donation
$250,000 Kitchen Remodel
It is our pleasure to partner with Ballet Austin in this year's Fete Gala Fundraiser. In support of the ballet, and through your generous contribution, it is our pleasure to offer an interior Kitchen Remodel valued at $250,000.00, in this year’s fundraiser gala.
This remodel will include selections, plans and renderings, all plumbing and lighting fixtures included in this remodel, countertops, backsplash, paint, trim, appliances and cabinetry. Terms and conditions may apply.
This year, we are excited to partner with the award winning Urbane Design; a full-service interior design firm based in Austin, TX, that specializes in new home construction, remodels and furniture.
Goal
Create a beautiful, functional award-winning kitchen
What Urbane Design will provide
Meet with client once on site to discuss their existing kitchen and what they do/don’t like, discuss their lifestyle and specifics they desire for function and style
We will design the kitchen layout, lighting/electrical plan, design finish selections and elevations and present to the client, with minor changes allotted (i.e. backsplash color, counter color, paint color)
We will provide the builder with all documents to build including floor plans, schedules, lighting/electric plan, elevations and presentation boards
Build 512 will provide us with as-builts
We are offering interior design services only. We will not be involved in procurement, donations, we will not be on-site regularly for project coordination, we will not provide nor be responsible for permits or permit sets.
Provisions and Agreement
Client must allow a day of styling and photography to Urbane Design
Client will be allowed to purchase items used for styling if they would like
We require signatures up front from the client for photo rights and release and will not use the client's name or address.

Our Partners
Terms, conditions and exclusions: This donation is non-refundable or redeemable for cash or any other incentive outside of the demolition, design and construction of a new interior kitchen. This donation is limited in scope to an interior primary or secondary kitchen and cannot be split into more than one location or structure. Any engineering, permitting or licensing, including applications for said permits will be billed separately to the client, and managed by Build 512, LLC. Protective materials, site preparation, and debris haul off are all included in this donation. Our team recommends the resale or donation of items being removed from your space, and can help direct these donations to non-profit or charitable organizations for future use providing a receipt to the client for said donations. This kitchen remodel will need to be planned and started during calendar year 2024. Adjacent rooms or connecting spaces are not considered part of this donation, and will be billed separately to the client should the scope of the remodel grow. Build 512, LLC, Urbane Design, and their trade partners, reserve the right to capture photographs and videos of the space being remodeled during every phase of construction, including pre-construction, all stages of progress and after completion. Build 512, LLC, Urbane Design, and their partners, reserve the right to use said production materials in social media, web and other marketing campaigns prior to, during and post construction of this kitchen.
